Free activities at Science Week 2011

The registration period for FREE ACTIVITIES is now openduring Science Week 2011 aimed at:

• Groups with special educational needs , on Thursday November 10 and 17, 2011. Make your reservation through our Web Site Somosaguas indicating "Science Week 2011" in the Activity section of the form.

• Families and the general public , on Saturdays, November 12 and 19. Entry without reservation.

The schedule of these activities will be from 10.00 to 13.00.

The Science Week is the biggest event of social communication of science and technology held in Spain. It is financed by the Ministry of Science and Innovation , through the FECYT , with the aim of creating a social environment more prone to knowledge of science and technology.

During the month of November, dozens of institutions, companies and research centers are in charge of organizing activities throughout the Spanish territory to show their daily activity. Ednya and the Somosaguas Paleontology Project join this initiative with the aim of initiating the knowledge of paleontology to the interested public.
